About RERA

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) is the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). It is responsible for regulating and licensing the real estate sector in the Emirate of Dubai, including real estate developers, brokers, and other related entities.

Our RERA Registration

Vaastreya Realty operates in compliance with all RERA regulations and guidelines. Our commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance ensures that our clients receive the highest standard of service in their real estate transactions.

RERA's Role

RERA is responsible for:

  • Regulating real estate activities in Dubai
  • Licensing and registering real estate professionals
  • Supervising real estate projects
  • Protecting the rights of buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Maintaining the Escrow Account system for off-plan projects
  • Resolving disputes between parties in real estate transactions

Buyer Protection

RERA ensures buyer protection through various mechanisms:

  • Escrow Accounts: All payments for off-plan properties are deposited into escrow accounts regulated by RERA, ensuring funds are used exclusively for project construction.
  • Developer Registration: All developers must be registered and licensed by RERA before launching any project.
  • Broker Licensing: All real estate brokers and agents must hold valid RERA permits.
  • Title Deed Issuance: DLD issues title deeds to confirm ownership of properties.

How to Verify a RERA License

You can verify any broker's or developer's RERA license through the Dubai REST app or through the Dubai Land Department's official website at dubailand.gov.ae.
