About RERA
The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) is the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department (DLD). It is responsible for regulating and licensing the real estate sector in the Emirate of Dubai, including real estate developers, brokers, and other related entities.

- Developer Registration: All developers must be registered and licensed by RERA before launching any project.
- Broker Licensing: All real estate brokers and agents must hold valid RERA permits.
- Title Deed Issuance: DLD issues title deeds to confirm ownership of properties.

You can verify any broker's or developer's RERA license through the Dubai REST app or through the Dubai Land Department's official website at dubailand.gov.ae.
